You must cycle NO Xplode otherwise you may get sick

Can I get sick if I take too much NO Xplode? NO Xplode contains high amounts of caffeine and artificial sweeteners, and overdoses can cause nausea headaches, vomiting or worse.

It’s important that when you take NO Xplode you follow the safety instructions. While it doesn’t explicitly say that you must cycle the product, that is take 1 month off, I strongly advise it, speaking from personal experience using the product.

NO-Xplode Serving Instructions

1 serve = 20.5g
As a dietary supplement, mix 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE. Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with half the recommended dosage (1-2 scoops) to help assess your tolerance.

RECOMMENDED USE ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

Take NO-Xplode 1 Month On, 1 Month Off

When I was taking NO Xplode for about 3 months straight, I hit a wall and had some pretty bad diarrhea for about a week. I stopped taking NO Xplode, and it went away. I have had this happen twice, and ever since then have been taking 1 month off during my No Xplode cycling periods.

When taking NO Xplode, I can only handle 1 1/2 scoops, so you may have to watch your body more closely if you’re taking 2 or 3 scoops prior to training. Also, I suggest you don’t take the supplements when you’re not training, as you’re just going to wind up your body and make the supplement less effective when you do use it for training.
