<h2>Take NO-Xplode 1 Month On, 1 Month Off</h2>
<p>When I was taking NO Xplode for about 3 months straight, I hit a wall and had some pretty bad diarrhea for about a week. I stopped taking NO Xplode, and it went away. I have had this happen twice, and ever since then have been taking 1 month off during my No Xplode cycling periods.</p>
<p>When taking NO Xplode, I can only handle 1 1/2 scoops, so you may have to watch your body more closely if you&#8217;re taking 2 or 3 scoops prior to training. The bent press is a great exercise because it&#8217;s compound, requires no real equipment, and is very easy to learn.</p>
<p>This is a great exercise that can be incorporated into the <a href="http://buynoxplode.info/training-regiments/the-300-workout/">300 workout</a>. The key to this workout and the 300 is having as little rest as possible between sets.</p>
<p>So for this exercise, I would suggest trying to rep out 50 bent presses. If you can&#8217;t do 50 to start with, try to do 5 sets of 10, with as little rest as possible. The first time you do them, you&#8217;re going to kill yourself, and really feel it the next day, but your body will get in better shape and soon it&#8217;ll be easy, and you&#8217;ll be able to start adding weights.</p>

<p>In the setup of the lift, position the feet roughly 18 inches apart with the foot on the side that you&#8217;re holding the weight turned in slightly and the opposite foot turned approximately 90 degree to the side. </p>
<p>As the lift begins, the weight is held in such a fashion that it&#8217;s directly under the hip and you basically turn into it and lower yourself under the bar. </p>
<p>As you continue to corkscrew under the bar, your off-side knee bends forward and the opposite knee approaches the ground which assists in stabilizing the balance of the bar. With the arm completely extended, you simply drive off the hip and extend upward. Maintain eye contact with the weight throughout the lift.</p>

<p>The workout itself is pretty brutal, however, and takes a lot out of you. I&#8217;ve been beginning to train for these exercises, and although I haven&#8217;t gotten nearly up to the level I need to be, I&#8217;ve seen a huge increase in my overall strength, and have cut a lot of weight, despite already being in pretty good workout shape.</p>

<h2>My Battle With The 300</h2>
<p>Right now I weigh 155, and 1 month ago when I started the 300 workout, I weighed about 163. This is a result of me having a job, working way too much, eating poorly, and not putting enough effort into my workouts.</p>
<p>After seeing the movie, 300, I was inspired to turn my body around. I&#8217;m no slouch, I&#8217;ve been working out for about 6 years, and have nice arms, nice legs, and a pretty-chiseled body all-over, but for those of us who workout, I could always be better. Oh, and I only have 9% body fat.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been doing the workout for about a month, and am starting to finally see that the routine is possible. The optimal workout is 300 reps, finishing in around 19 minutes. Right now, if I pushed everything, I would be lucky to complete the workout in 3 hours. It pushes you so hard that you need to take so much rest, and in resting you lose momentum and lose the value of the workout.</p>
<h2>The 300 Is Better Than Cardio</h2>
<p>For all of you looking to cut weight, I would definitely suggest you try this workout. It is 500% better than cardio, and a lot more engaging. I personally hate having to sit on the treadmill and watch the time tick away. I&#8217;d rather pound out 25 deadlifts and have my heart about to explode, and have the same overall caloric impact.</p>
<p>Additionally, since you&#8217;re working your muscles, you&#8217;re building up lean muscle mass which can help you burn calories at the same time that you&#8217;re working out, as well as long after you&#8217;ve left the gym &#8212; when you&#8217;re sleeping!</p>
<h2>The 300 Workout Routine</h2>

<p>Recommended use to asses your tolerance: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O.-Xplode mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to asses your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again.</p>
<p>Recommended use on training days: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).</p>
<p><strong>Non-Training Days: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.</strong></p>
<p>For maximum results consume 120 oz water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of N.O.-Xplode. Many may notice energy, focus and muscle-volumizing effects within 5-15 minutes of ingestion. These effects tend to become more pronounced every few mintues thereafter.
